Create

Find below a guide for how to create and manage listings. To start creating a listing, click on the Pencil icon on the top menu bar or "Manage". Then click on the "Create New Itinerary [+]" Button. Multi-Day Itineraries or Single Day-Trip's / Events / Adverts are supported.

Once you are done on the above page and have clicked on "Next", you get taken to the "Refinements" page. See below for images of this step and a numbered description in reference to the section of this step.

  - The platform will determine a title for your listing based on the numbers of day(s) / location of places chosen. You may amend this as you like
  - Choose a [Format] - "Itinerary" - if you have experienced the travel or "Planning It" - if you want to suggest an itinerary for an agent to pick up or you are drafting up your itinerary
  - Choose [Tags] to describe your itinerary so that others can search for your listing better. You may also creating a custom tag

  - Hearted images from Multi-Day Itineraries or all Images for Single Day Itineraries will appear in the featured image selector. Use this to ensure they appear in the order in which you desire.

  - This is a feature to ensure that the locale (or area) of each Place found through Google Maps is consistent / correct. Update them to ensure it is. Sometimes, two or more places which are close by might have different locales - so you might want to update it to be consistent across all and for the information to be better presented to the user.

  - Once you are happy with the content, click the Preview button to show what the Listing will look like if it was published. On that page, you will see a Publish button. Once submitted, the listing will go into the Platform's Administrator Queue to Review. The screenshot below shows the "Manage" Dashboard of Listings Active, In Review (by the admins), In Draft (i.e. not submitted for Review but just previewed) and also the favourites of the user logged. A Listing can be removed from public view by "Parking" It.

In reference to the above screenshot, Each listing where the format is not "Planning It" will have a Customer Enquiry Form. The form can be used to make contact with the platform to help with the enquiry. The general comments feature on each listing should not be used for custom. A similar form exists for Agent's to make an enquiry to offer their services for the Itinerary.

In reference to the above screenshot, When a listing is being created or amended, the author may list the itinerary with the Broker's information. The form further goes into details around Commission schedule splits between the Author and the Platform. This is not effective until the listing is agreed and activated by the Platform administrators
